SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping within Australia is free! If you would like registered or express shipping, please contact me for a quote.

Pre-made items (i.e. in-stock prints, cards and finished original pieces) will be shipped within 1 week of purchase. For custom digital pieces, please allow up to 4 weeks for creation and delivery. If you need your piece by a specific date then please let me know. 

Your purchase will be packed with care. Prints and originals will be posted in a rigid mailer and backed with stiff cardboard. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so that's why I go to great lengths to ensure you're happy with your image before it is printed and posted. For this reason, I do not issue refunds or exchange for change of mind. If you are purchasing a custom image, we will work together to ensure you're happy with the image before it is printed. 

For items damaged in the postal process (unlikely as I pack them with great care - but you never know!) please email with images of the damage.
