Hip mobility for the win (1501) Oh those hips! We wanna keep them mobile and supporting us, and one way to do that is with some focused mobility work. And that's what this session is! Just a few movements using a chair, expect internal and external rotation, some standing extension and a couple of lovely little stretches, too.
