Start with a shrug (1600) We're starting with a shrug ... that leads into a whole lotta love for shoulders, hips and upper back. Sitting, we're exploring shoulder movement and twisting, before coming to hands and knees for a hip-focused take on cat pose. We wrap up with some upper back and chest 'opening' using a blanket or gertie ball.
