The Body Yawn (1228) In this livestream replay from Tuesday 8th December 2020, we explore what it might feel like to yawn with our whole body (spoiler alert: it feels good!). After exploring some yawny-like stretches, we move toward glute, shoulder and leg strength and mobility. A great all-round session to feel lengthened and strengthened.
