Vagus Hips (1567) Nope, we're not taking our hips to Vegas, but we are giving both our hips and vagus nerve some love in this session. We start with the basic exercise and some hands-on-face to nurture the vagus nerve, then explore a whole bunch of gentle hip somatics to find more freedom and ease.
