Hi! I'm Erica Webb - Registered Counsellor, Somatic Exercise Coach and Highly Sensitive Person. If you're ready to be your own friend and ally, understand and embrace your sensitivity, I'm here to support you.

​​​You've always felt more sensitive than most - maybe even too sensitive. When the world feels too loud, too bright and too busy, your body and mind spiral.

 

Being sensitive, you are a giving, caring person. But sometimes? You're tired of it. Tired of giving without receiving. Tired of saying yes when you mean no. Just plain tired.

 

Well, my fellow sensitive soul, I hear you, and I'd love to support you.

This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers.

 

Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.

In counselling sessions we work together on the specific challenges you're facing. 

 

Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelm, persistent pain or something else, you will be supported with compassion in working toward your goals.

 

Sessions are held both online across Australia as well as in person in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs (Croydon North).​

SOMA:HOME is an 8 week online group program for Highly Sensitive People. 

​

This program runs live, online twice per year. 

​

SOMA:HOME is a deep-dive into befriending your high sensitivity, managing overwhelming and finding home within your own (sensitive) skin.

​

An online space for highly sensitive people to step out of overwhelm and into self-kindness. The SelfKind Hub is a little corner of the internet where you will discover tools and practices to feel more grounded, calm and in control.
