1-1 Counselling: Counselling for highly sensitive people. We can work together to navigate stress, trauma, anxiety, self-criticism, supporting your sensitivity and more. 

 

Counselling is available online or by arrangement in person in Croydon North (Melbourne, Australia).

SOMA:HOME: This 8 week online group program is for Highly Sensitive People who want to befriend their sensitivity, find a deeper sense of home within their own skin, and develop a greater capacity to navigate overwhelm.

This program runs twice per year in April/May and August/September.

SelfKind Hub: This is an online membership space for Highly Sensitive People. Online Somatic Exercise and Yoga classes to support you to release tension and befriend your body.

 

Inside, you'll find a resource library to support self-regulation as you navigate being a sensitive person in a loud and noisy world. Experience more physical ease and embrace yourself just as you are.
