Legs up (1528) Don't want to get out of bed? Trouble sleeping? This session might help! Do it in bed before sleep or as a gentle wake up. Or ... just do it on the floor 'cause you want a gentle movement break and to hit pause for 15 minutes. We work through lower body rotations - ankles, knees and hips - before pausing in the restorative legs up the wall pose.
