Legs Week 1 (1284) In this livestream replay from Monday 12th July 2021 we jump into our exploration of the legs! In this session we specifically explore the movements that go into a full squat position, but without ever doing a full squat in the traditional way. Hip ease, leg strength and core support are all explored, as well as ankle movement and spine articulation.
