Move it don't lose it (1440) In this livestream replay, we're moving it so we don't lose it! This class was inspired by the December holiday season, and the desire to feel stable and supple, strong and easeful, present and connected to self. We do a bit of everything, from a fun standing Warrior transition, to a twisting lunge and finishing up in a little legs-up moment of pause.
