Shimmy Shoulders and Hips (1352) In this livestream replay, we're focusing in on shoulders and hips (but don't worry, everything above and below gets a look-in too). From some gentle but thorough shoulder exploration lying on our backs, to a fun little mobility challenge lying on our sides, to a modified version of cat pose to get into the front of the hips, this session is a gentle but effective unwinding of tension from two of the places we hold it the most.
