Slow and Steady (1123) A little bit of everything in this session - wrists, shoulders, hips, feet , balance ... all wrapped up in a slow and steady package.
Expect to be challenged (a little) but at YOUR own pace.
Remember, challenge is different to pain or force. Challenge might be vaguely uncomfortable but it doesn't hurt. Pain is a signal to stop.
This session helps build strength and shows you the support you can receive from your shoulders, core, hips and ... the floor!
