Negotiating with Neck Tension (1166) In this session we're focusing on providing information to the brain about where your head's at and using the breath to down-regulate the nervous system. The result? Perhaps more clarity around the position of your head and some strengthening of the supporting muscles, as well as a down-regulated nervous system (more calm!)
